The bike has less than 800miles on it and is in excellent condition. I bought this bike new and have babied it like crazy. Pedals, and seat bag not included with the bike.
I paid $1950.00 for this bike and I am asking $1150.00

Kind of, kind of not. The past 3 years I've spent at least $1500 per year on bicycles. Not much to some, but I also spend a shwack of money on other stuff; hockey, running, cars, photography. My interests change all the time, and none of them are cheap. There are 3 more bikes I'm "needing" right now and one is going to happen really soon. I feel bad just adding and adding, if I'm not using what I've already got.
Unless I was to look at it as a collection, like say cars, but in that case, classic cars generally go up in value. Bikes don't. You’re definitely right on the buying of more bikes though. It's kind of like Peter Egan with his motor bikes. He's always buying and selling motorcycles, just so he can try so many of them and find out what he likes the best. I'll never get into hard-core road riding /racing. It just doesn't do anything for me. I like road bikes, but I want to see what else is out there. Snow biking??? Now we're talking. Who knows, I might not like that either....Pugs for sale??Ha, ha.
