Well, I must say, with out the wind, the single speed idea might just be a good one. I fixed my chain last night (after picking up a cheap chain tool at
Wal-Mart) and flipped the bars back up to normal. This is far more comfortable than when they were
upside down. In fact, I can't believe how comfy this bike is. I don't feel the desire to go as fast as I can (I'm not sure that's a good thing) but it is a riding position that puts a smile on your face. I'm really
diggen it!!

Temp. is -10C, but no wind!
