I like bikes, cameras and coffee. Life is good.
I think it's a great idea, cuts out the risk of a left hook, which would be a right hook in the US.In other words a car can't overtake then turn in front of you, you just have to be careful merging into traffic again.
Yeah I think it's not that bad of an idea also. What makes this particular one effective, is the curb that prevents cars from even getting to the bike lane. If the curb wasn’t, I think the lane would be completely disregarded by motorists.
