Hey Jeff, I'm actually quite close to the Canadian Rockies. Well, about 1 1/2 hrs close. I live in a large valley, and I have to go about 12 miles to actually see the mountains. I'm about 2 hrs from Banff, if you've heard of the place. I guess they call where I live the foothills.
My last move did take me about 1/2 farther from the mountains, but, we've got trees! I used to live in a new development in town and there were no trees over 8 feet tall anywhere. This is the first year I've had to rake leaves, and I like it.

The prairie though...that is way different! I can't imagine not seeing mountains. How far away is the nearest mountain range?

Your truck for sale?
Unfortunately, no. Just some Ford in the field with a sign on it. I'd love to sell my truck. Right now that's just not practical.
