Running in the Mountains

Been busy lately.

Last weekend in Banff. Work like mad all week. Play hockey. Sleep.

I've officially started my marathon training again. I'll be doing the Calgary Full Marathon for the fourth time in July. Next January I'll be doing the goofy challenge in Florida. 1/2 marathon on Saturday, followed by the full marathon on Sunday. Yeah, that sounds goofy. My dad signed me up, what could I do?

I had a great run up in Banff last Sat. 7 miles, -27C light snow. Man I love running in the winter.

Off for some camping this weekend. Cheers.
