Ah the stupid things we did when we were young

I'm wrapping up my time here with my current employer. 10 years I've been with this company!!! One of my fellow PMs was going through his stuff and found a picture of what he and I used to do on our lunch breaks. This was of course before I was married, and this was my car. What's really dumb is I thought there was a chance I could actually drive this home! Not really. Upon the landing of this particular jump (there were about 8 previous ones, each getting a little faster and higher) the radiator separated itself from the car. My what fun! Makes me want to buy a $200 bomber and do it all over again!

Crazy Canadians. And no mention of beer involved...

Brilliant! Sure looks like fun.

I've got some friends who take far better pictures than I do, I think some of us are thinking of putting a similar photo journal together on xanga or something. I'll let you know.

Hey Smudge, cold makes you crazy much the same as beer does. Add beer, and we'd have been doing that with a forklift or combine or something.

Hey Sean, that's sounds cool! I'd totally be game for another photo project! Thanks.

That's a fantastic photo. I used to jump a baja bug over railroad tracks and scare the crap out of my buddies. Beer was always involved.

Not to change the subject away from beer, but does this mean you are changing jobs or something?

Hey Smudge, you're right. This will be my last week at G&S Airport Conveyor. It's been a great place to work for the past 10 years, and I'm sad to go, but also look forward to some new future opprotunities. I'll probably post something about it all soon. Cheers.
